Each of our on-demand classes has its own custom playlist which you can open + play from another device, such as your phone with additional speakers to pump up the volume. You can coordinate the timing of the music with the workout by pressing play on the video and on the Spotify playlist at approximately the same time. Note, during the Beginners Sol class we only use music during the second half of class, the first half is cued through the video's sound.
