All of our on-demand classes are overlayed with exclusive verbal cues and detailed instruction that aren't found in our Live Zoom or in-studio Studio classes, which can be helpful as both a beginner and to keep your technique and physical connection strong as you progress. Though at its heart, Sol is a uniquely music-driven practice, so after taking a class once or twice with the assistance of the verbal cues, we suggest coordinating the class with our custom playlist and either turning down or muting the instructor's cues, and getting lost in the movement-music experience.
